Former RAF Senior Officer. Adventurer, fundraiser and now Honorary Ambassador to the RAF Air Cadets. Passionate about inspiring the next generation through STEM
On Saturday I attended a Squadron dinner and was their photographer. Here I am photographed by Wing Commander @RAF_Emma Emma Wolstenhome, who said - “Always good to have a photograph of the photographer”
Last week it was great to attend the annual dinner and awards evening of my old @aircadets Sqn.
3 x ex-352 cadets attending who all serve(d) in the RAF.
@RAF_Emma delivered an inspiring speech, urging cadets to take advantage of every opportunity in life and "Just Say Yes".
Super to see you too, Sir!
I’m passionate about telling my story as people tell me afterwards that they are either inspired to take up a challenge of their own or that they want to send their children to join the @aircadets!

Super to bump into our @aircadets Ambassador @RAF_Emma in @TheRAFClub - I had been updating the Reserve Forces & Cadets Association on this years cadet activity and Emma was talking to @InmarsatGlobal about her adventures in the Atlantic Ocean - small world!
As Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II begins her journey from Scotland to London today, we reflect on her special relationship throughout the decades with the Royal Air Force, as Head of the Armed Forces.

Flying ferries? Catch @solentuni Head of Engineering @jonathan_ridley on @BBCSouthNews this evening at 6 as he comments on plans for all-electric, sea-skimming ferries. A sneak peek here: https://t.co/tzxraJu5H8
@jonathan_ridley@SolentUni Can’t wait to come down to the wave tank and see the modelling in action. Especially now that I have lived it! The steepness of the waves is key. The height wasn’t so much of a factor in rolling waves as she just floated over, even beam-on.
