Oh and they also say white egg hens are more docile. Better welfare. Less pecking.
Funny that. Commercial flock studies reckon the opposite. More fearful, more reactive, peck more than brown hybrids.
So wrong on the carbon and apparently made up the welfare bit too.
Cracking work from the @sainsburys net zero department.
They counted the feed going in. Apparently nobody mentioned the spent white hen carcass is worth almost nothing. Brown hybrids produce actual food at end of lay. Measure the whole bird and the 12% saving quietly disappears.
The farmer takes the hit. The planet couldn't care less.
Current and former Hampshire Constabulary officers are describing a “cult” of diversity, equity and inclusion that has consumed the force from the top down.
Officers say they live in daily fear of career-ending accusations of racism — however unfounded — which shapes every operational decision they make.
This is not a fringe complaint.
This is serving police officers describing an institution so ideologically captured that intervening to help a white man being stabbed became, in the calculus of that culture, a career risk.
Hampshire’s leadership publicly declared that being “anti-racist, ethical and inclusive” was “top of the agenda.”
Top. Of. The agenda.
Not catching criminals.
Not protecting the public. Not saving lives.
The death of Henry Nowak is the answer to the question: what happens when you run a police force on those priorities?
@Fr12ee44Spewxh You've just politicised Henry's death to attack Reform, while condemning Reform for politicising Henry's death, in the same sentence and on a public platform, 11 hours after it happened.
The family asked everyone to stop.
Everyone. That include you, you know?
You have GOT to watch this! This is easily one of the most skilful and satisfying interviews I have EVER seen.
Cathy Newman tries a cheap gotcha and @ZiaYusufUK BEAUTIFULLY turns the tables and exposes her hypocrisy
She refused to say white lives matter too
Incredible to watch
Stott's statistics are accurate. His analysis is not.
Black people are stopped and searched more and Taser use is higher. But presenting national aggregate figures as evidence of racist policing is statistically illiterate.
Stop and search is not spread evenly across Britain. It is concentrated in specific urban hotspots, driven by knife crime, gang activity, and county lines. In those environments the offender profile, confirmed by victim data, witness data, and community intelligence, is disproportionately young Black males.
If every terrorist attack in a city were carried out by white people, who would you stop and search? The answer is obvious.
A Black consultant in Tunbridge Wells is not being stopped and searched. The national figure exists because policing follows crime, and in specific postcodes, crime has a specific demographic profile.
The the question to ask is why violent crime in those specific communities disproportionately involves young Black men. That's a question about poverty, social breakdown, and county lines recruitment.
Stott is wrong.
Tremendous list. Typhoons, frigates, amphibious ships, tanks, lovely stuff. The Tsar's cavalry looked magnificent too, right up until the Maxim guns opened up.
Three separate conflicts have now field tested exactly what happens when legacy platforms meet cheap, autonomous systems at scale. Armenia lost its entire armoured force in six weeks to drones that cost less than a second hand Ford Focus. The Russian Black Sea Fleet got mission killed by maritime drones built in garages by blokes in hoodies. The Houthis, with no air force, no navy, and no defence budget worth mentioning, forced US carrier groups to burn $2M missiles swatting $2,000 targets until their magazines ran dry.
And this wishlist's answer to all of that? More Typhoons. More frigates. More tanks. Bigger headcount.
There is not one word about directed energy. Not one word about loitering munitions at scale. Not one word about electronic warfare, counter UAS, swarm capability, or the magazine depth to sustain any of it past week two of a peer conflict.
You're not wrong about the platforms. You're wrong about the century. We aren't preparing for the war that's coming we are preparing, very expensively and with great enthusiasm, for the one that's already happened.
Less gizzit, more doctrine.
