@boskangoeroe@ASUS I never received a reply from the Dutch promo support team, but the general Dutch support team is very helpful and is trying to resolve it internally.
Such a bad experience with the "Rate Your Gear" promotion from @ASUS in NL. Uploading a PDF invoice causes CloudFront to return a 403 without any additional information. Uploading a screenshot works, but now I get a message telling me the price has already been claimed.
