now Ira.ev app not working from 11 days. emails, calls & complaints, but not resolved. Staff of Tata & dealer escaping from issue & not trying to resolve. Think once & twice before purchasing Tata 🚗
After sales they not bothered on issues.

I have purchased new nexon Ev on 11/02/2026 at Jasper motors Secunderabad, charger not working right from installation, panel gap at parcel tray. After big struggle calls emails & complaints it was solved in one month period.

A S Rao road Secunderabad for registration of beta version MOVE OS 5.
But the staff told they dnt have any such registration process at store. They denied & advised go to service centre.

@TataMotors I was waited 45 minutes at Jesper Tatamotors near railnilayam Secunderabad for Tiago Ev LED low beam head Bulbs change.The person not available. This is not acceptable that made customer to waiting long time by sales person. I am Tiago Ev owner Hyderabad

After updated latest software, I am facing tank issue, trunk icon is open status, but trunk closed mode and not possible to open.
