@johnny_iceman Eating habits during the day make it more difficult too. Back in the day you work and a lot of people would get an hours lunch. Now people eat at there desk, or something quick 30 mins or less.

1. Much of it is competition (pizza and not).
2. Just the economics, that a lot of space to make profitable.

I had one 2 miles down the street growing up and it was great but the competition affected how often I ate there.
