Empty Vessel
Think of an ancient ceramic jar found in the ruins of a buried city. It has been lying in the dirt for thousands of years unbroken but completely empty. It once held water or wine or grain but now it holds only stale air and darkness. It is a shell without a core a container that has outlived its purpose.

The texture of the clay is rough and stained by time. This image speaks to the feeling of being hollowed out by life standing strong on the outside but carrying nothing but a void on the inside.
