Back in 2001 when I started in @tcdlibrary I had no idea how influential my new boss Jack would be in shaping my future. It started with @SIPTU membership followed by nomination to the @irishcongress Youth Comm. And within weeks I met @ivanabacik, joined @labour. #SocialActivism

Today we got word that the Labour movement lost a legend, Dr. KJ McGinley🌹
I'll never forget how he encouraged me to get involved. We didn't always see eye-to-eye but we always stood shoulder-to-shoulder. Rest in power Jack you played your part bigger and better than many!
