In just 4 weeks my youngest, Ciaran, turns 21. My heart feels so full and so heavy at the same time. His Dad Mark should be here to see the incredible young man he’s become, but he’s not. Mark would be so proud of the kind, loving, gentle soul his boy is. Ciaran absolutely lives for motorbikes and Metallica. He’s even got himself a ticket to see them in Glasgow… going on his own. That makes me both happy and sad — happy he’s still chasing the things he loves, sad he’s doing it without his dad by his side. Money is really tight right now, but I’d love to do something special for him. He deserves the world. Any ideas for low-budget ways to make his 21st feel extra loved and remembered would mean everything. @Metallica

Morning .. What a fantastic day yesterday. Went to Dunfermline to watch a Joust for Robert the Bruce... Lunch.... Dander around the Abbey.. Walk around Culross.... Back to Ayr....Stopped of at the Cheesecake Cottage at Symington ( omg cheesecake to die for) ...then to Dumbarton.. had the best time and laugh with my pal Jinty...

After being loyal customer of @SkyHelpTeam for 25 years and because of my credit ( which is y good but dealing with it ) the wont give me another phone .Never defaulted on bills always paid ..When broadband contract is up its Goodbye to sky ( broadband and phone sims ) and hello to another provider
So much for being a loyal customer ....Isn't it time these providers started looking after their customers ...Oh they said I could buy the phone outright Were do people find over a grand fkr a new phone ...

First day back at gym and it was just me in yayyyy I had a personal trainer today
Good session came home straight in the garden
Did a little bit more to path ..gotta wait till next month now to hopefully finish it ..Any membrane and plum slate stones will be greatfully received .😁😁
