What a week! It was incredibly humbling to be mentioned as a potential Lieutenant Governor candidate by the greatest President in American history.
Virginia and I have had an amazing year. We have successful careers, and our family is happy and healthy. We thank God every day for our two young children, and we love raising them in South Carolina. We know how quickly the years fly by, and we cherish every minute.
I've been overwhelmed by the outpouring of support from friends, neighbors, colleagues, and even strangers encouraging me to run for public office, but now is simply not the right time for me to be considered for Lieutenant Governor. I am Team Evette all the way, and Pamela will be a fantastic governor.
Thank you to everyone who encouraged and supported me and my family. I'm confident that, with Pamela Evette as our governor, South Carolina's best days are ahead.
I’ll build on Governor Kemp’s legacy as governor. We'll cut the income tax, reduce property taxes, and make Georgia the most affordable state in the nation.
@WhatmattersinG@JasonFrazierUSA Omg I remember this from 2020 and it was the wrong person you ding dongs and I wasted 3 days during the campaign sussing out this bullshit.
One of the benefits of the South Carolina Republican Gubernatorial Primary is a high likelihood of watching a candidate’s mental health crisis via election night livestream.

I’ve stood up when it mattered most while others were hiding under their desk. Voters want fighters, and I’m here for it.
I’m proud to endorse my longtime friend @RickJacksonGA, a rock solid conservative and successful businessman to be the next governor of Georgia. I know what it’s like for a conservative outsider and a businessman to come in and shake things up to take the state to the next level - I did it in Florida, and Rick will do the same in Georgia.
