My child is dead. I read her Coroner's Report. She was neglected, sexually assaulted and died in the mother's care - DOCS, QPS, NSWPS and the Mother have now ALL been caught hiding it.

The fact is: I had to find out that my child had actually been sexually assaulted because she died in the mother's care and read it in the Autopsy Report.

Says a lot about the QLD&NSW Police services, Department of Child Services and especially - the Mother. They all hid it.
