@airindiain my ticket# 0983783729341 is not yet refunded. Following up since August 2020. Everytime only one answer - we are working on this. Airindia is the only airline which keeps delaying the refund. The refund should have happened automatically when flights were cancelled.

@airindiain The agency refund request number is 4400422461. So don't just fool customers simply saying that agency didn't request for refund.

@airindiain The travel agency raised refund request already 3 times after with my followup but you refuse to refund. I have all the emails from travel agency where they requested for refund. You are simply applying the delay tactics and trouble people maximum to ensure they forget the refund

@DrSubramanyaNK1 But the damage could have have been reduced. We put down our guards in Nov-Dec and went in celebration mode as govt already announced success against Corona. Added with election rallies totally things went out of control. Govt should have banned all kind of rallies for 2 years.
