Hey @FlairAirlines, I'm on a flight to Edmonton that was delayed today by 4.5h in two separate delays, one after everyone had boarded the plane. We should all get a voucher or a discount on our next flight. 1/3

There are parents with young kids who couldn't retrieve strollers or supplies because they were already loaded into the plane. We were not allowed to leave our carry on luggage on board in case they wheeled the plane away, so everyone deplaned after boarding and waiting on plane.
