Recently, we cooperated with PETRONAS to develop and successful pass API 607 Fire Safe testing of austenitic stainless steel F316L floating ball valve. The inspection and certification by Germany TUV company.

RAYS won a bid and successfully delivered the FPSO project for EPC: Samsung Heavy Industries. The end user of this project was India's Reliance Group company.The valve materials include: A182 F316, Aluminum-Bronze Castings B148 C95800, and Unalloyed Titanium B381 G R.F2.

RAYS production workshop plant phase II has begun it’s formal construction where the workshop plant will be completed before the end of this 2021 year.
It will be used for expansion of new production line. It will become more efficient after the completion of this workshop plant.

Recently, RAYS have successfully completed 4 pcs of 36” 600LB large sized high pressure butterfly valves which strictly follow ITP procedures. These are for production and testing which have passed various tests required by the customer - PETRONAS Malaysia. #RAYS #Butterfly

Fully welded ball valves can be: long-term, stable operation, easy installation, lower cost of the expenditure, etc. These 48" will be delivered to an international customer and put into use within a large-scale natural gas project.
