These meetings reinforced the importance of strong, collaborative relationships between the city & state leaders as we work to advance the City Beautiful’s priorities.
yesterday we opened the new Bark Park! The dog park at The Underline officially marks another major milestone for this once ambitious vision that is now fully coming to life. 10 years ago I sponsored the legislation to fund the Underline & we couldn’t be happier for our community
This morning marked an important milestone in our city’s history as we proudly re-signed our Sister City agreement with the Antigua Guatemala.

Step back into Coral Gables history! On Jan 4 Gables Cinema will show a special screening of “Million Dollar Mermaid”. This 1952 classic is about Annette Kellerman, the famed “Venetian Mermaid”, who was brought to the Gables by George Merrick to help popularize our Venetian Pool.
It was a magical night at City Hall as we welcomed Santa and lit the holiday tree. Thank you to all the performers, vendors, and City staff for making this year’s event extra special!
