@Mattjamesbird @MonkdWallidHonk@British_Airways They aren’t trying their best or this would have been offered much earlier like all other airlines around the world did. I guess @British_Airways didn’t get the same crystal ball as other airlines. They’re just sorry, but it’s their policy... #BoycottBA
@AArgini@pantram1@British_Airways@AmericanAir Half my family was lucky and smart to book the same flight with Iberia, and were allowed to change their flight and all bookings to another time with no fee or hassles. Only @British_Airways screws you and makes this whole ordeal a nightmare.
@AArgini@pantram1@British_Airways Screwed at the start of it too. We were supposed to fly from DFW to Rome March 4th on a codeshare flight with @AmericanAir booked through @British_Airways traveling with family. They would not allow a change since outbreak was only in northern Italy at the time.
@IvoKolomaznik@British_Airways All their representatives know how to say is “Sorry, but our policy states...” They sound like a #broken-record and don’t care to change that status... #BoycottBA
@PodkasikCurtis @pratikj257@British_Airways They aren’t followers either, or they would have changed their policy weeks ago. All @British_Airways cares about is their bottom line, not customer satisfaction or customer care. They’ve definitely lost me, my family and friends as customers.
@PodkasikCurtis @British_Airways Their actions are deplorable and without logic or understanding. We booked a flight on @AmericanAir through @British_Airways but were not able to make a change without a fee unless @British_Airways agreed to it. We’re out the money now, but they lost customers forever.
@shuvodeep@British_Airways Because they have no compassion or understanding like ALL other airlines. @British_Airways is the greediest and least concerned about the customer, especially with their codeshare flights with @AmericanAir. We are one of those screwed by their lack of common sense and judgement.
@MichelleLH255@British_Airways They don’t care about flights to and from the US. We were booked to fly from DFW to Rome a week ago and had to take the loss because of the gross negligence and blindness of #BritishAirways to the plight of US flights. One thing for sure- they’ve lost 5 passengers for life.
@ROSSVICTORIA8@British_Airways As any logical airline will do, so that obviously doesn’t include #BritishAirways They don’t waive cancellation or change fees for flights to southern Italy
@British_Airways @SukhdevTheMalwa Too little too late for those who booked for earlier in March. Smart move, #BritishAirways Way to take care of customers! One thing my family and I definitely know is that we will never again book through #BritishAirways You’ve lost at least 5 customers for life...
@duffsterrachel@British_Airways They only operate to benefit themselves and could care less about the health and well-being of their passengers. As others before me have said, it’s ludicrous that people who book this month can change flights, but those booked in advance cannot. #BoycottBA
