My cactuses at home are great for a house plants as you only need to feed them A 5-10-5 solution every 3 weeks to keep them alive saving the amount you have to feed them. @franklinlorax #apesland

These 2 lovely plants are grouped together when it comes to soil! :) Both do not like standing water so permeable soil is best. We treat both plants with a bit of miracle growth as well (a 15-30-15 fertilizer) #apesland @franklinlorax

This Christmas Cactus or Schlumbergera plant is a species normally found in Southeastern Brazil. Unlike normal species of cactus, it requires high levels of water and soil rich with humus and other nutrients to survive.
