Our second-placed Academy face first-placed Steven Gerrard Academy with both sides on the same points heading into the final game of the season!

The match will take place this Wednesday at the Neuven Stadium, with a 1pm kick-off.

🔵 PRE-SEASON 2026 CONFIRMED 🔵

Glossop North End are pleased to confirm our pre-season schedule for Summer 2026 👊

We begin with a historic fixture at Surrey Street as we welcome National League North side Radcliffe FC, helping mark the club’s 70th anniversary at our current home. Fittingly, Radcliffe Borough were the first ever visitors to the ground back in September 1955.

The Hillmen will also make the trip into Wales to take on Llanuwchllyn, who recently secured promotion to the JD Cymru North after lifting the Ardal North East title in April.

Alongside that, supporters can also look forward to a number of competitive local clashes against neighbouring sides as preparations begin for the new campaign.

🚨Please note, subject to FA Cup dates yet to be confirmed, we may still have availability for a fixture on Saturday 25th July ahead of the league season commencing on Saturday 1st August.

A summer of history, tough tests and plenty to look forward to ☀️☀️☀️

@CharlieBunyan Was it a completely different Ashton National we were locking horns with across the South East Lancs and Manchester Leagues in the 50s then? The name definitely pops up a few times in our records.

Radcliffe FC are saddened to learn of the recent passing of Roy Davies.

Roy served as our physio under Kevin Glendon whilst achieving several promotions, and was often known as ‘sponge man extraordinaire.’

Our thoughts are with his loved ones at this time.

Congratulations to our very own 𝘼𝙧𝙧𝙖𝙣 𝘼𝙨𝙝𝙖𝙡𝙡 who became the first player to make 100 appearances since our rebirth in 2021.

Having made his debut at 16yo back in 2022, he hit the landmark last Saturday v East Manchester.
