We have a group of new starter nurses who as part of their training have attended a new starter day, trache day, simulation and devices day 👩🏻‍⚕️ the new nurses will develop over their supernumerary period with support from the whole team, we can’t wait to see them shine! ✨

Last week the education team ran an impromptu unit simulation with nurses, doctors, medical and nursing students all involved 🩺 the scenario included emergency intubation and a major haemorrhage.
