It’s our last week!😢
During our winter project we've reviewed 69 patients,reducing 47 of them to SHC.
That's a 68% Success rate!👏
This has saved approx.206 bed days at a cost of £50,470.
‼️This isn't the end,we can't wait to continue the SHC ethos going back to our former roles

We're nearly halfway through!💚
In Seven weeks we have reviewed 45 patients, reducing 31 of them to single handed care. That's a 69% Success rate!
This has saved approx. 108 bed days at a cost of £26,460.

With our service only funded until March, we are keen to empower the @rbhtherapyteam to use Single Handed Care in their daily practice. We had a successful day of teaching last Friday with a high turn out!…A huge thank you to Mark from @dhg_healthcare for his support on the day!

We’re in our final week of our 9 month project so have some final statistic to share 🤩 In total we’ve seen 269 patients & managed to reduce 146 referrals to single handed care on discharge…
