Rafael Arias (FCL Yanks) came on in relief with electric stuff from a 3/4 slot. Heavy, sinking fastball in the mid to upper 90s with a sharp slider he used to both righties and back footing lefties. Went 3 1/3 allowing just one solo shot and 3 k’s. Currently averaging over 1 k/ip

Thatcher Hurd (FCL Yanks) went 3 2/3 1 hit, no runs, and 4 ks. Operated in the mid-90s with ASR and IVB producing lots of lazy fly balls. He used a big 11-7 CB and a wipeout slider in the upper 80s with high spin rate.Proving early why he’s the Yanks #9 prospect #FCL #Yankees
