@JamesLLlamas 4. A Livable NYC. NYC is at the point where high end middle class cant even live here. Between taxes already and inflation, Me paying a toll to go to work does not solve this AT ALL. The increase of people moving out of NYC is alarming and the MTA just gave people another reason.
