🇻🇪 Venezuela is now sending nearly half its oil straight to the U.S.

More than 500,000 barrels of Venezuelan crude are reportedly reaching U.S. refineries every day.

That’s out of roughly 1.25 million barrels Venezuela produces daily.

And the U.S. actually wants this stuff. Venezuelan oil is thick and heavy, exactly the kind many U.S. Gulf Coast refineries were built to handle.

So just seven months after Maduro’s departure, the U.S. has become the biggest destination for Venezuelan oil.
