Renfrew County District School Board schools will be unavailable for community rentals until January 2021. In December, the Board will re-evaluate and provide an updated status on Community Use of Schools.

The Community Use of Schools permit system remains closed for any new permit application. An update on the status of Community Use of Schools will be sent out in September. Thank you to all user groups for their cooperation.

@RCDSB Community Use of Schools permits are cancelled through to September 1, 2020. There will be no summer bookings permitted. The safety of our students and staff returning to school in September remain our top priority. We thank everyone for their cooperation and understanding

This weekend the Ontario government announced the extension of public school closures to May 29, 2020. All community use of schools permits will be cancelled until June 1, 2020. Be sure to follow @RCDSB to stay up to date on new information as it becomes available.

Effective Sat, Mar 14, 2020, all community use of school permits will be cancelled until April 5, 2020. All community users should have received notice via email.

Community use of schools permits are still approved for today. Should your group need to cancel due to weather conditions, please contact the CUOS office by 3:00pm at [email protected].
