So, the government announce a 3% ‘pay rise’ for NHS workers.

• Inflation is 2.4%, so that’s really just 0.6%

• Combined with March’s stealth tax (PTA) & return of NHS Car parking charges, this still represents a cut in take home pay for NHS Workers

NHS workers were due our pay award in April, NOTHING.

We were told it had been delayed and we would know by mid-late June but STILL NOTHING.

WHY? As we continue to give our all, and continue to plug the gap caused by 100,000 vacancies we are repeatedly ignored! #NHSPay15

Also spoke at the demo about NHSP expecting Contact Tracers to complete mandatory training without payment.
