@TheCyanYoh It’s not my favorite part of the game by any means, but I do really enjoy it. It feels like a very natural inclusion to put between maps to make the game feel paced well. With games like Radiant Dawn, there was so little between maps and it was easy to feel like you were rushing.
@LinkAnd0606 Ok but like… how long is all the routes of 3H + DLC considered to take? Because I play way slower than most people, so I’m wondering how long that game is supposed to be using the same scale that calls FW 200.
@ReverseCrown KH2 was so fun and engaging mainly because of the missing context. I don't think it would have been nearly as interesting if you already did CoM and 358. I will HAPPILY be going into 4 without any of the phone app lore. I wanna have to think and piece it together myself again.
@HellaEmblem I'm most curious about the continuity of points where the stories intersect. If two factions fight, is there a canon outcome? Or does the faction you're playing as always win? Because if it's the latter (which feels probable), that would require some explanation.
@ItsR0DR1 Most Personas are designed to be paired with specific characters to support their specific kits. The shark thing from the last event was for Summer Puppet for example, Zaou-Gongen for Makoto Yuki, etc. Dominion specifically goes on a LOT of teams though.
Since people have played fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave up to chapter 5 now, do we know if you recruit a character in one path if you can’t in the others? And at converging points in time, does the faction you’re playing at always win fights, or are there canonical outcomes?
Since everyone seems to dislike this, I would like to throw out there how happy I am about this after how painful Alear was to listen to. I think Robin is the ONLY non-silent avatar that wasn’t written poorly, and with a track record like that, this 100% feels like the move.
I’m a bit disappointed that Eshmel appears to do the silent nods and smiles that Byleth did, rather than speak responses like Shez.
Also they gotta stop teasing the brunette girly I’ve wanted to know who she was since June 🙏🏼
Also hi Cassandra Lee Morris!
@Marquee_Row Neither. It's going to be going through each unit you'll be getting in each route and giving a brief description of their backstory, similar to the introductions to the students we had before 3H released. I don't think there'll be too much gameplay focus.
@MarvelExrth616 Ya know, I've been reading all of these explanations for why Doom is so overpowered and I gotta say, I think it all sounds really cool and in depth that he wields both magic and science ...
...but at the same time, I think this really trivializes Thor. *GOD* of thunder.
@Haru_Superfan Royal's for sure. It is objectively the correct thing to do and the narrative has to try so... so... SO hard to frame it otherwise and make the player feel like they're doing the right thing by siding against Maruki.
@whoshilo Boycotting doesn't do anything. Besides, if you want to speak with your actions, buy the physical version to demonstrate that's what you want to do. All not buying it does is make it seem one less person was interested to begin with.
@NSuperGamerGuy Twins got a new song, and they just threw a new Life Will Change remix in the anniversary for no reason. I dunno if it'll be a battle theme, but I'd think she probably will get a new piece for an opening cutscene at least.
@aRandom_acc_ The fact that they're slapping a 'complete the original mode first' right there on it makes me think it's going to deal heavily with some of the revelations you discover in the last chapter of the original path instead becoming key plot points throughout the new route's entirety.
@RinoTheBouncer I'm not. Quit playing PC a looong time ago when everything went to steam. Gonna have to rely on Switch 2 to get everything now, see how long that lasts.
@ShankMods I've been saying this same thing forever. Never gonna buy games on PC without being able to actually own them. Honestly I think this problem stems largely from PC players having accepted this practice long ago. Gonna have to get games on Switch 2 now, for however long that lasts.
