This week is Holodomor Memorial Week. Holodomor means "extermination by hunger". The "Bitter Memories of Childhood" statue is a replica of the one in Kiev, Ukraine. It stands in Wascana Park as an eternal reminder of the atrocities committed. https://t.co/tq6ztQ8WGw #Holodomor
