My father Rajan Calangutkar, admitted to @KDAHMumbai Kokilaben Hospital,COVID ICU4.Staff not attending promptly,meds not given on time, no water provided last night since 8hrs. Patient called me to complain. KDAH helpline not responding. Help @MoHFW_INDIA @CMOMaharashtra #COVID19

@drprincedsurana @Mundra08 @KDAHMumbai @MoHFW_INDIA @CMOMaharashtra I tried doing that, but no response from the hospital. I did call on the grievance cell contact, also the billing department, it didn't help. I visited the hospital as well, was not allowed inside and was not allowed to meet anyone. So was forced to tweet. Thanks for the help
