Our wonderful Reading Coach helped us bringing reading to life as we made our very own classroom barometers! Students will continue to monitor the air pressure as well as document if the weather is sunny or raining on our class chart!
Boyd learned about community helpers today at school so Officer Bartle made sure he got the full experience! So thankful for our TWO SROs at East and how they pour into every student they encounter. 💛

Today 3rd grade writers visited 6th grade ELA to read text-dependent narratives relating to WWII internment camps. This is a topic both grade levels have been studying. It was an encouragement to both groups of students! Team work makes the dream work! @Bates_EES@mellieguh
One of the most influential teachers in my life was never my teacher, but my aunt! So thankful for her wisdom, encouragement, and prayers. One of Cullman city’s greatest of all time!
