Students produced their own multiplication and division word
problems today! They had to include a story problem, model, equation, and the answer to the equation. Students then got to present their work to their peers!! So much goodness is happening in 3rd 🥳

Our wonderful Reading Coach helped us bringing reading to life as we made our very own classroom barometers! Students will continue to monitor the air pressure as well as document if the weather is sunny or raining on our class chart!

The boys are 6A Section 4 champions! The team shot a 289 and bested Athens by 1 stroke! Will Drake was low scorer with a 66. All 7 players qualified for Sub-State today with Walker and Fisher qualifying as individuals! Great day today! @Bearcat_ATH @CullmanCats @AHSAAUpdates

Today 3rd grade writers visited 6th grade ELA to read text-dependent narratives relating to WWII internment camps. This is a topic both grade levels have been studying. It was an encouragement to both groups of students! Team work makes the dream work! @Bates_EES @mellieguh

One of the most influential teachers in my life was never my teacher, but my aunt! So thankful for her wisdom, encouragement, and prayers. One of Cullman city’s greatest of all time!
