@JusticeKentucky is it possible to get help for Compact of Free Association citizens living and working on KY. The real id act was amended in 2018 which made citizens from Palau, Micronesian Federated states, and Marshall islands eligible for it. Please help if possible.

@GovAndyBeshear I’m a citizen of the countries that have a Compact with the USA. It’s called the Compact of Free Association (COFA). Please help us with the Real ID that was amended in 2018 allowing us to be qualified for it. Just got my DL and it’s only 2 years and no R. ID.
