BREAKING: President Biden calls for "three bold reforms" to fix our corrupt MAGA-infected Supreme Court amidst a worsening legitimacy crisis — enraging Republicans in the process.

And it gets even better...

First off, Biden is calling for a constitutional amendment called the "No One Is Above the Law Amendment." It would ensure that presidents do not have immunity for crimes committed while in office.

"I share our Founders’ belief that the president’s power is limited, not absolute. We are a nation of laws — not of kings or dictators," writes Biden.

Biden outlined his proposed changes in an Op-Ed in The Washington Post entitled "My plan to reform the Supreme Court and ensure no president is above the law."

"This nation was founded on a simple yet profound principle: No one is above the law. Not the president of the United States. Not a justice on the Supreme Court of the United States. No one," Biden wrote before going on to shred the court's absurd ruling that Donald Trump has presidential immunity from prosecution.

President Biden is also calling for 18-year term limits for the justices instead of the lifelong tenures that they currently enjoy. The current system insulates them from the consequences of their actions and invests them with far too much power.

"It would reduce the chance that any single presidency radically alters the makeup of the court for generations to come," explained Biden.

He also called for implementing a binding and (most importantly) enforceable code of conduct that would require the justices to disclose the gifts they receive and to refrain from public political activity.

This rule would be devastating to crooked justices like Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito. The former racked up headlines for blatantly taking bribes from wealthy Republicans and the latter has displayed support for the January 6th insurrection and MAGA more generally.

Biden is also calling for the judges to recuse themselves from cases in which they or their spouses have some kind of conflict of interest.

"We can and must prevent the abuse of presidential power. We can and must restore the public’s faith in the Supreme Court. We can and must strengthen the guardrails of democracy," wrote Biden.

"In America, no one is above the law. In America, the people rule," he concluded.

Donald trump says a lot of things that he later backs away from, and nobody holds him accountable for.

For instance, he said he would build a wall and make Mexico pay for it. Never happened.

He said he'd have a replacement for Obamacare “in two weeks.” Never happened.

He said if he lost the 2020 election to Joe Biden, he'd leave America. Never happened.

And when challenged to debates earlier this year, he said “Any time, any place.” But now he's scrambling for reasons to AVOID debating Kamala Harris.

Time after time, trump just says whatever is on his diseased, demented mind, and the press fails to question it, or hold him to account.

Then his followers all clamor to explain “what he really meant to say is…” while deflecting by spinning a bunch of whataboutisms.

For a person whose followers like him because he “says what he means,” it's clear that what he says is meaningless.

For now, until the press steps up, we're going to keep calling out his cowardly bullshit to make sure everyone knows #ChickenTrump is a COWARD.

BREAKING: Donald Trump gets stunningly bad news as polling reveals that 0% of Black voters in the swing stage of Michigan support him for president — a historically bad metric.

And it gets even better...

The WDIV/Detroit News poll discovered that 82.1% of Black voters in Michigan support Kamala Harris and 11.5% percent the anti-vaxxer independent candidate RFK Jr.

The pool took a sampling of 600 likely voters between July 22 and 24. There was a margin of error of 4 points.

Clearly, voters are aware of what a racist monster Donald Trump is. He's promising MAGA fascism and Harris is promising a brighter future for everyone. The choice is easy.
