Hello everyone, I dont do this a lot but I kindly ask for help to boost this post about an issue that has been draining me an insane ammount the past 2 weeks and is making me want to quit alltogether. @Twitch@TwitchSupport I need some help and this seems like the only way to reach out, as i was met with a bot response to my private support request. I will keep it brief. I am aware that "users in chat" list and active viewers are not the same thing, however, how is it possible that consistently, ever since the new "bot remover" update, almost half of the users that connect to my chat are not doing it to watch the stream? I know a discrepancy between the 2 is always normal, but how can it possibly be 50% of people that connect to the stream having no intention to actually watch it?? I have checked many other streamers with similar numbers to mine, and the uncounted users in their chat list are at most 20, while i see a 100-150 (almost 50% of the total viewcount if including them) chunk of VERIFIABLY REAL PEOPLE every day since this update that are suddenly just users in chat, but not active viewers. I think even twitch staff can admit that 50% of people that willingly tap a stream to watch it not actually watching it is a bit of an insane discrepancy, especially since this wasnt the case at all before this update, and the official Twitch statememt is that "no changes were made to the way real users are counted". My username is ppslayer_vt, please help
