The Supreme Court today asked the protesting doctors to return to work or else disciplinary action can be taken against them

With respect , the doctors across the nation wants to ask few questions :

• When the Doctors are continuing emergency services , and have started parallel “Abhaya” clinics to serve patients respecting the healthcare of the state and continuing peaceful protest , why are they being asked to stop protesting ?

• Why the central govt despite knowing the healthcare crisis and vulnerable state of doctors is not implementing the Central protection act and is not even asked to implement it?

• If there was a lack of timely response in the incident by the authorities and the doctors are protesting for suspension against such people then what’s stopping them to take the action ?

The doctors wants to return to work completely but has the govt (both centre and state) ensured that they can treat a patient without themselves worrying about their own lives ?
