Please don't epitomize the prob that defines Indian B2C startups i.e. being fly-by-night operators & hanging customers out to dry. It's impossible to get support for someone who became a FitSo customer in the @cultfitOfficial world. Why?
Serious question - Can there be an airlines loyalty programme worse than Club Vistara by @airvistara ?
Highly restrictive, almost impossible to get redemption bookings, limited choice of partners to meaningfully redeem points with and on top of that points keep expiring.
"When the chips were down, your code kept the world running." @narendramodi ji to Indian tech CEOs. His contextualization of his speeches to the audience continues to amaze me.

Recent results of Indian IT firms have been highly encouraging. It confirms what I tweeted in April about their resiliency and innovative ways they have dealt with the Pandemic induced disruptions. We're seeing a lot of digital hunger in enterprises and it bodes well for them.

Many firms like them are innovating to solve problems created by this unprecedented crisis - crisis-driven innovation (CDI). Some of the solutions created under these constraints will stick around even for a long-term.
If you have a CDI story to share, I'll be happy to hear it.
Firms are working hard to raise their operations to pre-COVID levels. In my discussions with them - I have come across some interesting solutions to their challenges. One of my colleagues at @forrester once called such actions as "crisis driven innovation".
One firm asked me how to provide field support to the WFH staff. I shared how @itcinfotech solved for their hiring/retiring process while following social distancing & lock-down rules. Their innovation - set up a small team approved to pick up HW, signed paperwork around town. :)
@vineetlove Interesting point but security conscious organizations must not relax their security posture. For eg. a US bank allows access to WFH end-points at their India SI only after they pass their strict security reqs. The same standards that they have followed in US for some time.
Covid-19 is changing realities – I remember how clients used to be strictly against allowing their SIs' offshore staff to be anywhere but a secure ODC. Not anymore! Flexibility with security is IN now. Indian SIs have responded really well to these needs. Interesting lessons.
Most SIs, after some initial hiccups, have been able to bring 90+% of their operations back on track with some positive government support. Rest is expected soon. Employees are adopting to new working model, collaboration tools are a great hit, and productivity levels are rising.
@InterMiles - the new avatar of Jet Privilege seemed like a good idea but it has been nothing but a disaster to use their services. They should shut it down. @ManishDureja
This is a great initiative @BajajAllianz Kudos to attempting the change in driving behavior and best wishes for your success.

Global firms looking to become successful in India need to be comfortable with doing digital at India scale. See the scale at which AADHAAR operates. #TWLive2019#TWLive#TWLive19
