Breakfast skills returns. Patients getting involved with making their own breakfast with support from therapists. Everyone rated 10/10 for their eggs but would like bacon next time! #therapygoals
#RockingAphasia we have made a start on painting pebbles and spreading awareness about Aphasia. Patients are sharing their thoughts and experiences on what it is like to have communication difficulties.
VISITING at Mardon now allows 2 visitors at any one time.
WEEKDAYS: 11am -4pm needs to be booked with reception. Open visiting 4-8pm but please be respectful of patients meal/ rest times. WEEKENDS: 11am-8pm, dependant on patients needs.
Changes to mask wearing across our healthcare settings
Visitors, staff and patients are no longer routinely required to wear face coverings unless it is their personal preference.

Lots of activities going on around the unit for the Queen's Jubilee. Everyone got involved with decorations and cream teas! One patient commented that this has been great for mental health & well being by helping them to feel less lonely & bring everyone together
