Property owners across BC are justifiably concerned by the recent decision of Cowichan Tribes v Canada.

The NDP says they will appeal the decision and is asking for the public to trust them.

But how do you trust a government that negotiated behind the backs of British Columbians, kept agreements with First Nations secret until after the election & has not explained in the least what they plan to do if they lose their appeal?
