@DNeckel19 Question: are the red lights that indicate expiration of time triggered automatically by the game clock or do officials trigger them manually? Do the refs consult the red lights or have a direct check on the game clock?

@DNeckel19 Who was the supposed foul called on? Dunn or Beekman? In slo-mo reply it appears that Dunn did not make contact with the shooter or, if he did, it was clearly after time expired. But it looks to me that Beekman did hit the shooter's right hand before the red lights came on.
