He has his officials tell foreign newspapers he is secretly negotiating for Canada to become an associate member of the EU. Then he has his officials tell Canadian media it’s not happening. Then he tells Canadians we are not becoming a member, and then tells the European Parliament he welcomes it.

He doesn’t spend 5 seconds asking waitresses or welders in Canada whether they can afford European taxes, laws, and open borders chaos.
