At home waiting for delivery 12-4. @ups changed it to 7 pm then left a note on the door. Clearly didn’t ring the bell since I have an 80 lb dog who would have gone nuts. Customer service won’t try to help so please take care with my dogs remains since you won’t come back.

@UPS I called UPS & tried to give someone the tracking #. He told me to read the form - I need to pick up tomorrow. I know how to read. I was asking for service & perhaps compassion. Got neither. 9201 7629 635 9. There was another form stuck to the door with another # but it was blank
