@TheAA_UK 7-8 hrs is totally unacceptable. Especially when 7 hours late you use a shoddy contractor that 'broke down' & the supervisor said there was nothing wrong with the wagon & drove off. I will however say thanks to the AA driver who eventually picked me up and delivered me home
