JB Pritzkers appointed IL Tollway Board approved the largest toll hike in history. Starting Jan 1, tolls will increase to $1.20 for passenger vehicles, & a 30% toll hike for commercial vehicles. Toll increase will also have automatic toll increases every 2 years starting in 2029
The tollway board of directors is appointed by JB Pritzker.  Pritzker recently indicated his desire to increase tolls. So, it’s pretty much of a done deal.
