@MaxRossem@cardano_whale@IOHK_Charles I don't think you're missing my point, but you also seem to want a wild wild west scenario. Whether self-governed or someone else does it for the community, things must be addressed if crypto gains credibility and loses the "rat poison" image. Continued success Max
@MaxRossem@cardano_whale@IOHK_Charles Where do we draw the line against insiders and insider trading inside a decentralized position? Maybe I am completely off base but I think there is reason to look at what one writer penned, "frat boy wallet trading" as a description of some of the chain activity on Cardano?
@MaxRossem@cardano_whale@IOHK_Charles I sound a little whiny also imo, but I think it is an issue. Just like Nancy and any other lawmaker/influencer at that level shouldn't be allowed to insider trade.
@MaxRossem@cardano_whale@IOHK_Charles I mean they are much more in the know than the ordinary guy. Friendships with other developers, inside knowledge etc. Also, the ability to in some ways control pricing with larger buys, sells etc. Much more sophisticated. I know it's a free market
