serious question for the people who are in support of this lawsuit:
How do you expect us creators to make a living and continue to make videos for you to watch?
A class-action lawsuit has been filed against YouTube over its "ad-free" subscription claims
Plaintiffs argue YouTube Premium still shows ads because creators include sponsorship segments in their videos
Getting healthy isn’t easy and often it isn’t fun…. But the body you see in the mirror is the one you deserve.
It’s the one you earn with all those small choices day after day, week after week, year after year.
It’s not enough to just not have vices (smoking, drinking, drugs etc).
Many of us tell ourselves it’s enough to have a sober lifestyle…
We self medicate with food and screen time… which can be just as bad.
Worse, because it’s easier to justify.
10K-15K Steps a Day
30-90 minutes daily of (real activity)
Eating real food
Smaller portions
Caloric deficits
Dopamine Detox
3-4 weight lifting sessions a week
Daily body weight exercises.
Those are the habits that are the foundation of a healthy and strong body.
At 42… my physical strength would put my 24 year old body to shame and I wasn’t even slightly overweight back then (underweight and too skinny if anything).
My heaviest was somewhere around 162-164lbs and now I am 137 lbs and I lost 16lbs in 12 weeks of intense but basic discipline training with body weight exercises, basic food discipline, and 2-3 gym sessions per week.
Lock in for 100 days… that is basically from now till the end do the year, and you will have a new body before you even need a New Year’s Resolution…
