Charlie Kirk has passed away at the age of 31.
A husband, a father of two, and a man of God. He completely reshaped our country and had so much ahead of him.
Gut-wrenching. Rest in peace, Charlie.

Hey paper straw people,
Where you at when the greatest ecological disaster in years occurs on US soil and is poisoning people, animals, and water supplies?!
Let’s put politics aside, join together, and save real lives here

A3: Speak with experienced teachers and school leaders to learn what works. Listen to them. With experience comes wisdom and a path for moving forward. #satchat
A3: I absolutely love listening to Jennifer Gonzalez's podcast, "The Cult of Pedagogy." So many great ideas about whole-child and student-centered instruction. https://t.co/4NtXRqwuTi #satchat
A2: My school bought an ELA curriculum for the first time in years! I took one training already and I am really excited to have this curriculum as a resource. #satchat
A1: I would also like to see a decrease in standardized testing. There is so much research about how this way of testing does not assess our students knowledge appropriately. Standardized testing, recall, is not a best practice for assessing student knowledge. #satchat
@SFLOK2Ask Q3:A3: My students have used Google Sheets for personal growth tracking or to track progress on long term assignments. In math, I have found picture solving activities on Teachers Pay Teacher that has Google Sheets as well. My students love solving for the mystery picture.
@SFLOK2Ask I have used Google Slides as independent interactive lessons for multiple subjects. It is also a great collaborative tool for students to read and reply to questions for a literary circle.
@SFLOK2Ask Last year, one of my students created a Google site to house all our class created podcasts! I’ve also used Google sites for individual student research projects.
@SFLOK2Ask I love using the commenting feature for peer editing of student work. Students can make suggestions or can offer encouragement to each other. It is a great way for students to grow.
I create a personalized birthday card for each of my sixth graders. The the whole class signs and writes something they love about this classmate in the card. My last student carried his card around for a week ☺️ #sunchat
