Today, the vast majority of us submitted cards to ask our co-op to voluntarily recognize our union and begin negotiating a union contract.

We also filed with the NLRB for a union election today — and the joy is real at our store 💚

We're excited to update you on our progress in bargaining with REI! This past week the national bargaining committee and REI came to an agreement to establish a national bargaining structure to inform store-level collective bargaining agreements for the 11 unionized REI stores.
