My take✍️
What is happening in the tech industry right now is not right. Creators receiving threats and legal notices for sharing their opinions is deeply concerning. Taking down videos instead of addressing feedback is not the right approach.
I respectfully request brands to withdraw these legal notices and focus more on improving their products rather than trying to silence creators. If a product is genuinely good, people will support and buy it. If the product is not good enough, people will naturally reject it.
Brands should also stop using nationalism or patriotism as marketing tools to sell their phones. We have seen similar strategies used by brands in the past, and history has already shown where that leads.
I stayed silent for a long time because I do not believe in unnecessary controversy, but the situation is now getting worse.
As a creator, I will always stand with fellow creators when they are right.🙏
My AI+video has been taken down through legal action.
I have always believed that independent opinions and reviews are important both for consumers and brands and help in evolution of the whole industry with better products, clear messaging and smarter consumers
Hoping for better times in future for tech creators, consumers and brands
According to reports, a case of molestation has come to light in which a 14-year-old girl was subjected to indecent behavior. According to available information, she had gone to a grocery store to purchase some items.
This incident is reported to have taken place in Uttar Pradesh, where the child's mother is continuously pleading for justice.
A single mother, who is raising her daughter all alone, is still pleading with the Yogi government and the administration for justice, so that she may obtain it.
After considerable effort, an FIR has been registered against the perpetrator of the crime; however, the offender has not yet been arrested.
I would request the Government of Uttar Pradesh and the administration to help this mother secure justice as soon as possible.
