@saltylungs I'm so sorry for your loss. My life was divided into before and after when my mom passed away ten years ago. I highly recommend a support group. There are a couple I have found online. Both can be accessed through a computer app. Innerworld & TRIPP both have meetings for grief.

@saltylungs The VR Chat one that Tom leads called death Q&A has a weird name but its really just a group of very nice people that talk about death and grief. VR Chat can be downloaded onto a pc or mac through steam so you don' t have to own a VR set like the Meta Quest/Oculus.
