[RENA SPARKS (DJ) @RENASPARKS]

@Uber this is the driver who has my @gucci sunglasses but has failed to return them to me

[RENA SPARKS (DJ) @RENASPARKS]

@UberUKI_Support still no help, I believe @Uber is run with a.I software and do not have the capacity to handle unique situations effectively it’s ok I’m about to do a video and drum up more publicity

[RENA SPARKS (DJ) @RENASPARKS]

@UberUKI_Support you are still giving me generic answers and still no contact from the driver and no support from Uber !!!

[RENA SPARKS (DJ) @RENASPARKS]

@UberUKI_Support had no support and I spend £1000’s a year I am so hurt and distressed about this all

[RENA SPARKS (DJ) @RENASPARKS]

I’ve spent £1000’s of pounds with @Uber over the years as I am a multi business owner and take regular trips I was rushing to a deejay booking and I left my @gucci sun glasses in the taxi they confirmed they have my glasses but ever since I’ve been left in the dark 😪

[RENA SPARKS (DJ) @RENASPARKS]

@UberUKI_Support My experience has been and lack of support my @gucci glasses cost me over £500 I told your costumer service I was going to take to social media and the u really
Thought I was joking not knowing my job role is marketing

[RENA SPARKS (DJ) @RENASPARKS]

Now I take full accountability for leaving my @gucci sunglasses in the taxi however the level of care at @Uber has left me with such a sour taste, costumer service was as good as being abandoned by a heartless soul, the driver confirms he has my sunglasses…..

[RENA SPARKS (DJ) @RENASPARKS]

@UberUKI_Support I’ve already resourced the app options which is full of automatic reply and spoke to costumer service on the phone it was diabolical !!! I’ve supported this app for years, I’m about to get my story released on a media channel worh million followers to expose how bad

It’s good vs evil. I made my share of mistakes when I was younger but I’m almost 28 and have been on the path of good and that’s the only road forward for me. Give back, lift up and drive change
