@CryssyTV @AvaGG I get it. I grew up in OC and all my friends were in LA, I would always drive to them. LA people tend to think driving to OC is a full day road trip to another state. It's 45 minutes!

@CryssyTV @AvaGG Orange County is mostly suburban so you can still get that "slow life" feel, you'll just have a brutal commute if you need to get to LA. The further south you go, the less populated it gets until you hit San Diego. Mission Viejo and Lake Forest are beautiful communities.

What motivation do people have to grow within a company if they're just going to be laid off for being too valuable? Why would anyone work towards promotion & higher pay if it puts them more at risk?
