Iranian authorities allowed a gang of Pakistanis to kidnap him and take him to Pakistan.

Pakistan alleged that they had captured him from Balochistan and he was organising terror attacks on Pakistani soil..

Kulbhushan Jadhav has been sentenced to death..International Court intervened in the matter and stayed his execution..
He is rotting in Pakistani jail from past 12 years..

Iran has never protested against Pakistan for kidnapping him from Iranian soil.
Iran has also never asked Pakistan to return Kulbhushan Jadhav to their country..
Iran is equally culpable in the plight of Kulbhushan Jadhav.
