Blocked applies the very last transmission and whoever it was for.

@DreOf304 At 700ft, the plane was well below the altitude require for the cabin to be fully pressurized. While oxygen is still flowing throughout the cabin, the oxygen masks would’ve been pointless at this in this situation.
